The Trust Method

The AfriUX Method

How we find where complex services break, and make the improvement hold.

Three questions run through every project. Does the person understand what is happening? Do they trust it enough to continue? And when something breaks, can they recover without losing confidence?

Understand

Does the person know what is happening, and what happens next?

Trust

Do they believe the system, and feel safe continuing?

Recover

When something breaks, can they recover without losing confidence?

Where we start

We start with the nine stages where trust is won, lost or repaired: sign-up, verification, consent, first payment, waiting, failure, retry, the handoff to support, and recovery.

We turn those weak points into tested journeys, better product decisions and launch-ready design systems.

We consider devices, connectivity, language, shared usage, cash behaviour and support realities, whether the journey belongs to a fintech, an NGO or a Govtech platform. We look beyond first completion to confidence, memory and return behaviour.

How we work

Diagnose. Reframe. Prototype. Validate. Systemise. Five steps to find where trust breaks, fix it and make the improvement last.
